It was such a gloomy day, so it was nice to see a cheerful pop of color.

Sunday was an eventful day.

You Let Me Down, Stoneybrook

Yesterday I made dinner for my uncle. It was a delightful Smoked Cheddar, Chorizo and Green Onion Macaroni and Cheese.

It's really easy to make. I was frustrated because the grocery store did not have chorizo or smoked applewood cheddar! I had to replace them with smoked sausage and extra sharp cheddar. -_-



I really hate grating cheese. It gets more awkward as it gets smaller.



I was surprised at how fast the sauce thickened this time. It usually takes forever.



I'm glad that both my uncle and aunt loved it so much!

Bisquick? Really?

This morning I made some delightful sausage muffins that everyone in my house loves.

Foods For The Belly

After shopping on Sunday, my sister and I went to Chipotle again. I love Chipotle. It's one of my favorite places in the world.



...which is why I ate there two Sundays in a row. Let's go for a third!

I always get a burrito bowl with chicken, peppers and onions, rice, cheese, and sour cream.


It was nice sitting outside for a change. And it was not too hot, suprisingly.

My sister and I went to Disney World last Sunday.





We parked at the Boardwalk like we always do (hey, free parking!) and caught a bus to Magic Kingdom.

The crowds weren't that bad, just too many strollers. But it was a nice day.

This guy sure had a great time...



I wonder if there's a good app for taking pictures in the dark. "No flash photography". -_-

And then we caught the monorail to Epcot.



It's my favorite park, especially in the evening.

And then we went to Chipotle. My burrito bowl was free.

Today, after what seems like an eternity, I had my favorite breakfast item from Panera's.



Ham and Swiss breakfast souffle!!! It's my favorite, and every time I eat one it feels like an event. Before that, I got my caramel latte from Starbucks.



My sister was so embarrassed to bring things from Starbucks to Panera's, so we sat outside.

I got a new shirt from ModCloth.



It's so breezy. I wanted something like it from American Apparel, but ModCloth gave me a coupon that I couldn't refuse (50% off!). It's exactly what I've been looking for.

Last night I played Bananagrams.



I had a hard time coming up with words.



I did not win either round that we played.



But I had an awesome time anyway.

Eating is one of my favorite things to do. I've just fallen in love with a Mexican restaurant here in town that's actually GOOD! Really good! I tried the tacos. I can't wait to try the gorditas.
