It's really easy to make. I was frustrated because the grocery store did not have chorizo or smoked applewood cheddar! I had to replace them with smoked sausage and extra sharp cheddar. -_-

I really hate grating cheese. It gets more awkward as it gets smaller.

I was surprised at how fast the sauce thickened this time. It usually takes forever.

I'm glad that both my uncle and aunt loved it so much!
